3rd Ring
No matter if you are coming from North or South on East 3rd Ring road
turn off at the exit closest to ChangHong Bridge and head west on Gong
Ti Bei Lu. If you drive in your own car you can turn right at the second
traffic light and then turn left again at the first road on your left. Drive for
another 100 meters and Tongli Building will appear on your right which
TOP is located in.
If you are in a Taxi you are not permitted to enter the SanLiTun Bar Street
from that side due to heavy traffic congestion. But instead of turning into
the Bar street you can just turn right at the next road (it’s the road right
next to YaShow Market) follow it to the end, turn right again, and drive for
100 meters and then you are there too.
